On 5th March 2011, there was Special Puja and Chandi Homa in the temple of the Ramakrishna Mission, New Delhi.
The Special Puja of the Divine Mother started at about 7.15 a.m. on 5th March and it was done by Revered Secretary Maharaj in the temple hall. During the Puja a few devotional songs were rendered by Revered Gunashrayanandaji Maharaj. The Puja was over by 9.50 a.m. and Arati was done by 10.00 a.m.
After Arati, Homa started at about `10.10 a.m. During the Homa Chandi Path was done by Revered Secretary Maharaj from the first to the last sloka, assisted by Swami Tattwatitanandaji and Swami Amritapurnanandaji.
The Homa was over by 12.10 p.m. About 150 devotees attended the Chandi Homa and they were served prasad consisting of kichuri, alu sabji, cut fruits and sweets About 35 volunteers took prasad in the dining hall besides monastics.
