Ramakrishna Mission, Delhi conducted a three day State Level Youth Convention – ‘Awakening the Youth Power‘ from 18 – 20 October 2013.
During the session titled ‘Success Mantra for the Youth (युवाओं के लिए सफलता के मंत्र)’ on the third day (20 Oct 2013), Dr. V. Irai Anbu, Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Tamil Nadu spoke on ‘Challenges before success stories‘.
Dr. V. Irai Anbu is the principal secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department. In his distinguished tenure of 24 years, he has acquired an in-depth understanding of the public welfare mechanisms through his work in rural areas, especially on issues relating to women and children. His extensive public work is now the subject of the doctoral study of three students. He is a multi-faceted personality and has written 32 books and won various literary awards for his poetry and essays.
