Re: Mahasamadhi of Most Revered Srimat Swami Vagishanandaji Maharaj.
We announce with deep sense of sorrow the passing away of Most Revered Srimat Swami Vagishanandaji Maharaj, one of the Vice Presidents of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, due to a massive heart attack at the Ramakrishna Mission Sevapratisthan, Kolkata on the 12th of March, 2021at 7-10 pm. His funeral rites shall be performed today, March 13, at Belur Math.
In this connection, Special Puja, Homa and Bhajans shall be performed in the Ashrama on Wednesday, the 24th of March, 2021 in the forenoon followed by distribution of Khichudi Prasad (in packets). We invite our devotees to attend the same.
