Swami Vivekananda’s 150th Birth Anniversary Celebrations
All India Online Future Leader Discovery Contest for school students
The final round of the above programme was held at our premise on the 19th and 20th of this month. It was a unique experience of learning not only for the students, but also for all of us who were on the other side organizing the programme. Students from different parts of the country, including those from the NCR of Delhi participated. It was no longer a contest. The whole programme had got transformed into a journey of discovery. The students went through a variety of extremely interesting and engaging programmes from 8:30 in the morning up to 8:00 p.m. on the first day and upto 5:00 p.m. on the second day. All the students and their guardians were unequivocal in their praise of the programme and its contents. We have furnished below the text of an email from the mother of one of the participants.

As for Tarini, the experience has been unparalleled. The entire programme(not contest!) has certainly touched an introspective chord within her and ignited a new search.As she shared her experiences with the rest of the family around the dining table, it was evident, that for Tarini, a journey has begun.

All in all it was a very rewarding experience and we felt very happy and satisfied that we could ignite in the young minds to some extent a thirst for the life transforming message of Swami Vivekananda.
